Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

CS too good to do a town hall?

Typically within a week of quarterly results CS does a town hall meeting. Guess he can't come to grips with dealing with the low life employees outside of the NY bubble yes men eh?

CS knows that those who are worth a damn already know what's up and those who don't will have their employment terminated sooner or later. So CS figured "Why bother anymore? No one really cares. Not even the WF Board of Directors."

Nailed it. The ONLY way to maintain your sanity in this S hole is to completely ignore anyone OC+1 and up. I started doing that about 6 months ago and it's been a major boost for my mental health. These people are trying to intentionally make your life miserable so you'll quit. Don't give them that power. Just focus on your tasks and your immediate team. These NYC clowns will be gone in a year or two anyway. F every one of them.
