Isn't it sometimes unclear whether the management is actually working in the best interest of this company or not?
Sometimes they are just very destructive. I don't know if they are aware of that or not.

There is zero empathy or genuine concern about anyone's well-being. They care about "making numbers". And the only way they know how to do that is to cut cut cut. No vision. No leadership.
