Stumbled across this page and disappointed in many of the negative comments about working at Fiserv. I’ve been an employee for many, many years and it’s been great for me and my family. Would highly recommend it. While there have been some difficult periods where senior management needed to make some tuff decisions, show me a company who hasn’t gone through the same. Fiserv employees had it too good for too long, an unsustainable model. Hence the merger with First Data. People need to grow up. It’s a free country, if you're that unhappy rather then bi--h and bring the rest of us down, go work somewhere else.

This is a site about layoffs… what this company is obviously doing. The same company that allows another company to come in and take over by closing all their sites, stopping WFH, and LAYING them off. So, please excuse us whinny bit*ches for using an outlet to really show people what’s going on. While the company benefits from laying off its ORIGINAL hard working employees and going all over social media talking about “proud”. Please RESPECT other peoples right to free speech by NOT calling them names.

The merger with First Data!!! They merged with Fiserv because they were losing revenue and had un sustainable debt due to Franks business model running its course! He wasn’t even supposed to be the CEO! You id--t!

So nice to see Shilly back in style. Fiserv did have issues, any large firm does - see Xerox and/or IBM ---- their CEOs almost destroyed the firms. Ursula Burns at Xerox is a legendary BAD on e. Ginny at IBM was no better. But the issues Fiserv had before First Data were nothing compared to the epic mess it is now. Sapience? Nope, management felt that workers actually WORK for a paycheck. Pay could have better true. My entire department left ON THEIR OWN and and now only 2 remain. So Shilly continue to ride that rocket and just remember Professor Fate and his, eh, rocket.

Not sure I know what a “tuff” decision is but I know what’s not a tough decision which is leaving behind the toxic wasteland of a company Frank has created.
If you don’t think the remaining long term talented employees that decided to stick it out for a while when hiring was the hottest it’s been in decades haven’t realized they made a mistake… You’re in for a very rude awakening. It may take until it’s determined we are not entering a recession but once hiring picks back up, do expect mass exodus part three.
However, good for you. Glad you love it here. Go to HR and get your gold f’n star. However, this is a layoff forum so go take your troll trash elsewhere. Speak your blessings on Glassdoor with the fake HR reviews. Just make sure your positive review is longer than one sentence so it at least appears real because any competent person can tell the HR ones are fake.

I'm glad it's been great for you lol. I've seen it cause crazy amounts of undue stress and turmoil for the coworkers and their families I came to know during my time there.
One thing you've got right though, LEAVE. I've known several who have and none of them regret it. I'm one of those too. A lot of people, especially long time employees, think they can't find anything else. They're wrong. Lots of opportunities out there. Be patient and keep looking. Fiserv is NOT normal. Don't put up with the unstable toxic environment.
