Funny how the push is for everyone to RTO with all the threats of termination. Yet every HR rep works remote. What a double standard. FRTO

Just a matter of time before some guy in India is calling you up to tell you that you're in trouble for not going to the office before senior leadership thinks we're "better together". The same people that wants to fire half the company and replace them with people in another country. Better together. Yeah.
I know. We know. Fu-k this entire a-s corrupt place. Every manager is complicit.
Very well said. My mindset exactly. FHY.
Our illustrious CEO can't even be bothered 3lead by example and follow his own RTO guidelines, despite also insisting we keep all of that super expensive space in Hudson Yards. True leaders lead by example, and if he actually believed that RTO would increase success, he'd get his bu-t back in the office too
Most of my department is remote with the exception of the job function that I do. Pre Covid I was also remote. Now I waste precious time to go collaborate with nobody 3 times a week. It’s ridiculous, unproductive and wasteful. Biding my time for severance. This used to be a great place to work, now it’s a toxic cesspool with a bunch of deaf, self serving senior leaders. The quality coming out of India is scary and just a matter of time before there a huge issue. Great job Charles!
False
Yes. My manager is in Iowa and I work in Florida. This is true of most of HR that is still in US. They are in the process of moving HR to India. Everything soon to be in India except for Charlie and the minions. Double standards is right
I’m in HR and required to be in the office 3 days a week
The entire country has double standards. Wells is no exception
Most of HR is in India. D-mb f*cks offshored themselves
HR is expected to RTO too. True, some of us who live too far from a location are “Remote”, but not to worry. They’re just keeping us around to do the layoffs everywhere else and then we’ll get laid off too.
Yep, same with the senior leadership in my group
