WF is using endpoint monitoring software to determine how active you are at your computer. So if you can do all your work in, say, 5 hours then just leave the computer idle for 3 hours, that will be how you can get a good review (from your human boss) but also get laid off because the monitoring software says you're an excess employee.
Pray hard and you will be so surprised and excited. I have 12 months severance along with my 60 day non working. The first 60 days was unsettling but now I could not be happier. No way I am working back in this he$&hoke. I am free!!!!!
Once they lay you off you will either have a 60 day working or non working notice. Then severance begins
