TBH, that summed up my pre-covid Mondays. Let's face it, for those of us in compliance/ops risk/control this place is a dysfunctional gravy train. As long as you can tolerate the bull manure there aren't any easier 6 finure jobs...anywhere

All of us who don't face customers on days we go in regardless of site, line of business, etc.!
Since so many of us are forced to sandbag on RTO all-show-no-go days and grind out the difference on the WFH days, do you think that's the master plan? Playing the long game so we eventually fear the WFH days and the sunup to sundown productivity we use them for?
This is my plan for any day ending in a “y”
RTO days are always low productivity days for me. Always.
So 3 days a week, not much is getting done, and the same holds true for the rest of my team.
But yeah, let's all keep RTOing.
If I'm WFH, I'll be working hard. If I'm in office I'll be doing noth--uhhh--collaborating around the water cooler.
