I noted in the proxy materials for the next shareholder meeting that the BOD recommends voting against a Racial Equity Audit. I had to read into that to see what it is, but come to find out this part of the Ivy League thought process at Harvard for ESG. Question I have is why is the BOD so scared of this? Would it show that the board is not diverse enough? I thought AT&T was the paragon of equity. Oh, that's right, the BOD isn't diverse enough.
BTW, I am not a fan of equity. Equity just makes all people equally miserable.
