Even employees are getting snippy with each other from lack of resources and knowledge causing major backlog in every area. The client facing groups catch it both internally and externally. No one from management seems to care…or is this their plan?
And if you are in BH it is extra toxic. Built near Superfund toxic sites and 20 miles away from an active clean up. It's OK. The FDA says it is safe.
The weird thing is, I’ve been asking myself this question for years now, and the company‘s senior management consistently proves that it can and does. This company has become an exploitative, hostile environment for professionals.
Agreed and also there is this toxic undertone from everyone on the floor due to the frustration of the amount of work, lack of help, 4x8 in office and the lack of flexibility.
