I haven’t taken a develop you class for the past 5 years. I just flip a co worker a case of beer give him my sign on and he does my classes. Waste of my time. I have other more important things to do than listen to BS from this cheating company

Develop Useless was always a complete waste of time to complete. Generally, most 'team members' are far more ethical than the overall leadership and management of the bank.
This training is BS. This company commits training every day.
AI should just replace develop you.

These classes are for mindless people. Especially the code of ethics training. Right like anyone would ever call and report anything. Wait. Can we report Charlie and all the fraud? Can he be terminated?

Anyone else sick and tired of going through those discrimination and se-ual harassment training videos over and over and over again? I think it's been like 5-6 times by now. Those actors are so cringe I started to LOL the whole time.
This is true. I noticed it a long time ago. ALWAYS choose take it to your manager or if that’s not an option choose call the ethics line. You don’t even have to read the questions. The right answer is always the same.
We just get one guy in our group to take everyone’s classes. The smart one that scored 100. That way none of us wasted are time on this garbage. Leaves us more time to watch TV
