When I worked there in the 2000s in risk there was a lot of embezzlement and $exual harassment and this was in the community banking risk group. Have they forbidden it now in 2023?

Yes. I have two friends who worked in a department with that function.
Yet it didn't function. It can't and won't function as long as the results are more profitable than any fines and lawsuits without any personal legal accountability of management whose bonuses are driven by profits.
That's in-office work for ya.
