I agree Charlie. You took a great company and turned it into a sh&t show. Took hard working loyal long term employees and dumped them with no thought process or care. You talk about loyalty and how much you care. Yet you mentally abuse your employees. Yes we can go work anywhere but some of us chose to spend our careers here and give our all to our customers. It is more than just the jobs they want..... But I agree that H1B visa workers are all glad to take all our jobs.
There are additional benefits, their relatives will qualify for free food, healthcare and shelters. Their children will automatically qualify high quality education.
Also that cheaper college degrees from China and India will be treated as equivalent to our own 60K annual tuition.
There are additional benefits, intellectual property transfers from removed American workers is also common. Even if you are not yet removed, you are still expected to "share".

I would normally agree with you, Charlie, errr “OP,” however, there have been tons of people that have been onboarding and they all say the same things. They can’t believe how mismanaged this company is and how leadership is cr-p. Our leader of marketing is a tyrant, dictating how all governance partners will approve anything she says while calling everything under the sun, a priority/rush. This is the same team that created a commercial about towing cars while we have a consent order for repoing military families’ cars. So F’ing out of touch and a bunch of d-mb@$$es.
You are right, OP. I have heard hackers, scammers, money launderers, tax evaders, embezzlers, counterfeiters, identity thieves, pickpockets, pump and dump traders, te------ts, Nigerian call center workers, and some ex-Lehman and Madoff executives are all eager to come work at Wells Fargo since our C-Suite can’t manage their way out of a paper bag and apparently we have little to no oversight.
