Oracle mid mgmt is known throughout the industry as being being the most abusive. .
I was told today that other Big Tech Corps have cleaned up their act to some degree because of the posts on this site.
They can’t wait to see the fraudulent patent VP sent to prison.
From 2018 patents to 2023 handcuffs, he did much harm, lieing & cheating many people and to Oracle upper mgmt.
They want to see him fired without severance. Maybe when this happens Oracle will enforce SEC Code of Ethics and accountability for mid mgmt.
Oracle would be in a much better place today had they promoted based on merit (not stolen work for patents) instead of promoting other corrupt incapable mgrs.
for so many years. They should clean house and return to greatness as they were once upon a time.
