Your giving them what you want if you quit. Continue doing 3 days a week until they are forced to fire you.

try looking for better opportunities, but don't rage quit without other job lined up. Full remote positions still exists.
Yeah don't stick around this glue factory. GTFO if you have any chance to. I haven't talked to a single person who has left by force or by choice that regrets it.
