Stankey delegated the job of identifying hub cities for at&t to McElfresh. He's having trouble with his assignment. He's got Atlanta and Dallas figured out but can't come up with the rest of the hub cities. Hopefully he will be able to communicate the hub cities by June. He is considering Bothell, Basking Ridge, Chicago, San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
I think it has become apparent to everyone that McElfresh had his opportunity and failed, later dude!
