They should terminate 50% of Director level and above

Morale is so low that they did not have the courage to share the results of the all associate survey, employees are seeing one bad news after another, layoffs, profitability declining, share price crashing and now hybrid bad news from all side, only employees below Director level are suffering. They should terminate 50% of Director level and above. They are hiring TPMs from outside, it would be better if they promote internal staff to these positions.

Capital One is way too top heavy! Get rid of the layers and layers of senior managers, directors, vp, senior vp. They are just a bunch of boot licking bu-t kissers who take up space. The company could be more efficient and leaner without those mo--ns in the mix. Cronyism, nepotism is definitely a problem at Capital One!!

Directors are ranked. It’s all smoke and mirrors, one has to play to political game to survive. I’ve seen good Directors PIP’d and terrible ones stay afloat. It’s a morale crusher.

I've noticed many at the vp plus levels leave in the last few years. If they go behind closed doors to calibrate low level employees. I'd bet execs calibrate those underneath them.

What's up with all the cry babies on this site? You people feel entitled for some unknown reason as if you're doing anything that truly helps the company. Stop your crying and get your work done, stay current, and be an overachiever and WORST case, if you get let go you won't have a problem finding another job!!

I'm wondering are people leaders at the Director level and above subject to stack rankings? I'd assume yes but not sure especially if they're incompetent and harassment.

Are these things protected?
