Maybe those who have been here longer have seen worse times than these? I definitely don't remember morale ever being as low as it is now.

Morale is so low that they did not have the courage to share the results of the all associate survey, employees are seeing one bad news after another, layoffs, profitability declining, share price crashing and now hybrid bad news from all side, only employees below Director level are suffering. They should terminate 50% of Director level and above. They are hiring TPMs from outside, it would be better if they promote internal staff to these positions.

By capone being bankrupt and failing all our worries about the work environment are addressed.
Agree, especially at the director and below level. No one seems to have any info on this return to office mandate, what that means for remote employees, as well as the silent “re-deployments” that are occurring throughout the company.
I’m not optimistic this is going to get any better heading into the rest of the year.
