Does anyone happen to know when TCPs (if any) will be approved and implemented this year?

What is TCP?
There already are some in place this year.
I would predict that TCP will be shut down giving the free cash issues. With having to return 6B back to the business, that is not going to happen via revenue. Only lever T has would be expense cutting.
