This push for RTO is going to affect those who have more than one job or side hustles. I have not gone back to office since COVID shutdown and am wondering how will by job 2 be affected with this push to RTO. Anyone else on same boat? Are you quiting Wells or going to office?

For some of us, RTO won't materially impact the side gig
There's a small community of us going through the motions of Wells' supposed use of analytics. In actually, all we're really just practicing and ki-ling time on various modeling and data viz tools for contracting or online content. Some of our channels are actually looking pretty tight now! Mainly financial stuff (recession, inflation impacts, housing etc) but some have pivoted to sports or even health/disease content, which is fascinating.
All RTo ends up impacting if when the content posts or contract work gets submitted.
It was on Teamworks or Team Link --I'll see if I can find it as I was shocked the answer to inflation was to get the new WF credit card to fill your financial gap AND suggested a side job..... our mgmt is the worst!!
So many here have second jobs at same time. Those who are lashing should go find one or complain about inflation.
Maybe if WF welcomed hustling internally and rewarded as such, there wouldn't be a need for side jobs (or in my case a 2nd full time job) to cure boredom and neglect. The problem is and always will be WF, not the employees. So many of us dedicated workers have been ignored, de-valued, etc that it is only natural to find ways to fill the void.
To all those who hustle, ride that train for as long as the tracks are laid out in front of you.
OP, stop w/the fake 2nd job narrative. It's BS. Some might have second jobs after work, but not at the same time.
Well that can explain why it’s takes over 3 hours for ops to respond. Mortgage is a full time business if you can’t dedicate the minimum of 8 hours, you should find a new occupation.
Didn’t our Chief Economist suggest a second job as a way to combat inflation?
