AT&T has so many managers, most of who could be laid off without anybody ever noticing. But where are all the leaders? Especially among the C-suite? Is there one person that is in some way in charge that you would refer to as a leader? Not a single name comes to mind.

Hmmm. If you don't know who your leadership team is you need to find a job at a Mom and Pop shop where you can hang around the boss's door waiting to ask him your questions. Foolishness!
We need more complainers. People that do little besides complain about the same things over and over.
We need leaders not “yes men/women”
Get rid of all overpaid babysitters: AVPs, associate directors, "senior" PMs and engineers.
Ahhhh the expectations that there’s a chance it could get better…
Every manager in the company has responsibility as a leader. The main problem is that with so many managers around at all levels, very few step up to lead.

There are no leaders at this company money.
