Last week C1 posted a job opening for Associate ADL, is this a joke first C1 eliminates the agile job family lays off all the ADLs and in two months start posting jobs again, have they gone crazy what happened to TPMs

TPM roles are difficult to fill and the product owners and engineering leads are too swamped to deal with this BS.

Associate, Agile Delivery Lead
In the Agile Delivery Lead role, you'll serve as the servant leader for your team by ensuring clear communication and organization of team objectives. The Scrum Master will drive the scrum process focused on delivery and driving continuous improvement of the team, along with maintaining the product backlog and release plan. The Agile Delivery Lead will facilitate productivity by removing impediments that can obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals and by preserving flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes on the team.
Responsibilities:
Serve as Agile Delivery Lead for one or more Agile teams
Uphold Agile values and principles; facilitate Agile ceremonies
Focus team to deliver value quickly

Basic Qualifications:
Associates Degree or Military Experience
At least 1 year of experience leading Agile Scrum teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
1+ years of experience in Project Management
1+ years of people management experience
1+ year experience with Jira/Confluence
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or SSM (SAFe Scrum Master) Certification
