Well, if you work at Wells Fargo, our Home Mortgage origination policy is now directed primarily at minorities rather than whites. Are we dead to you too?
Most successful companies (Banks included) are onshoring talent since they realized India is just a bottomless pit that ultimately adds no value.
The black card is for affluent customers - it has nothing to do with race!
I used to use Discover until they ran a promotion that was only available to a certain race. They are dead to me now.
Who cares if they have US call centers.
