So they we bought the building back in 2005 for 108 Million. Great location right across from the BofA building, next to Omni, around the corner from HQ at 420. Now 18 years later at the bottom we're trying to sell it for like 43 million. Is this bad timing, like buy high, have it go way higher, and then sell at the very bottom? Why exactly are they even having any offices if no one truly wants to be in them. Its been like 3 years now and they're still playing games like we're in grade school, please go to office 3 days a week... Even though the majority of our co workers typically are not in the same location, they are spread out thin across 10 odd cities. Its not logical to go into a office if co workers aren't there to meet. Is the intelligence of the management here so low that they don't grasp that? Please tell your teams to be in the office 3X a week, don't question anything, don't think.
