Wells Fargo put the IT guy in charge of retail banking and loans. It's no wonder that all of our customers are leaving!

Not surprised in the least. There are a lot of people who don't know how to do their jobs for whatever reason. The customers suffer in the end and leave.

Do the Indians work from the office too? Maybe all that collaboration is keeping them from their jobs also.

It will be interesting to see how long Alan Kronovet gets to keep his job. Honesty is not rewarded at Wells Fargo.
