Amelia. Solution in search of a problem?

During TK’s last technology town hall/all hands meeting, a non DEI topic was discussed. WF is developing an AI framework around Amelia. With it, we’ll be able to order VMs and get them in a matter of minutes. But I can already do that in 30 seconds. Someone else mentioned implementing it for breakglass. Again, I can do that in less time than it would take to tell the AI what service I wanted and what devices to apply it. Also. Is there anyone aware of any development work in this happening stateside, or is it all EGS?

In my 20+ years, can't think of any tech the bank has rallied around and implemented well. WF is also boring through and through. Never a need to worry about exciting things happening here.

We'll have a fully functional AI chatbot about the time the rest of the world finished relegating them to virtual assistant land.

Google and Apple know just how little love chatbots actually get.

AI will take wf tech about 18 years to implement. There will be meetings, more meetings, more outside project managers hired because head of meetings said, yes, we can do that. All the while knowing that they have no idea how in the heck to really make it work. But got to get that bonus. Remember, God forbid wf hire anyone FT that isn't a contractor to do the work, or not lay off the ones that could.. I feel sorry for all the engineers that will have to work with the people in India and around their schedule as they will have to read more and more books.

Perhaps but Charlie can mention that WF is using AI...IIII. The number of times he mentions AI will increase the stock price. Someone will be counting on him. Eventually, someone will realize that you need intelligence to implement AI.

During TK's last technology town hall/all-hands meeting, Charlie, the CEO, mentioned that WF (the company) is utilizing AI technology in its operations. Charlie is getting ready for the next earnings release. Note that emphasizing the company's AI initiatives can positively impact the stock price. The cnbc clowns even count the number of times "AI" is mentioned. We all know that Charlie's expertise and leadership in this area will be influential, and others will look to him for guidance. It is important to recognize that implementing AI successfully requires intelligence and expertise. With time, it will become evident to everyone involved what little intelligence is left at this bank.
