Corrupt mid mgmt needs to go
Upper mgmt needs to pay attention to how many of these villains have ruined Oracle. They have lied. cheated, stolen, anbused and laughed about getting to do anything they want because they can.
Don’t make us call in the Feds. Congress if Congress needs to be involved then so be it. We don’t want negative publicity. We want positive publicity that upper mgmt is cleaning up the filthy dirty mid mgmt. Stock will soar. This is getting serious. Shareholders want the best for Oracle not to reward those that are hurting Oracle.
Upper mgmt please care about our company.
How can some mid mgmt VPs live as if they made 2 or 3x this amount?

Never seen a group like this group that believes that breaking the law is ok for them. No one is entitled. If you want good things in your life then, do right to others and yourself.
We you cheat lie and steal, it will catch-up to you. You don’t a free out jail pass. You get to send 3-400,000 on a good defense attorney that can not save you from the Feds. You get 10 years for probably one count of racketeering. When you coerce two others to steal work that you have already received that is racketeering. Since are 2 people involved that would be 2 counts. What I don’t know is these 2 people and the candidate have their names on 2 maybe 3 patents. Not sure that inverses the racketeering counts.
But you do fraud that there is no statute of limitations. I would think alone might 5-10 years.
If you M5s think your influence is meaningful, then more power to you! Your $175k salary might look good in the bank, but does NOT necessarily mean you actually steer any important decisions at the big O.
M5s and higher definitely have a say.
