I deleted the invite for Rich's strategy session. But my team in slack talked about how Rich was emotional and crying AGAIN like past sessions. This cult leader was telling his devotees that Capone is a humane company delivering a mission based charter to serve its customers and providing an environment for employees to succeed and are cared about.
Lies. Lies. Lies.
In reality, Capone is an alpha usurer who exploits financially strapped customers who are high risk for default then be sued in court and have their wages garnished for being pushed credit cards that are harmful to them. If he cared about employees then he wouldn't have recklessly overhired and do twice yearly biased performance calibrations to stack rank and fire employees. The latter is plain harassment.
Inevitably the company will go under even if I lose my job it'll be worth it.
