AI talent is leaving the banks and going to Amazon and Google. Could these companies form a bank?
Been out of the bank for a year. Don't remember seeing much AI at the bank (or any intelligence for that matter....)
Since AI is the rage now I thought I'd ask chatGPT. Note that Wells Fargo is not mentioned....
However, several large banks worldwide have been actively investing in and adopting AI technologies to enhance their operations and customer experience. Some notable examples include:

JPMorgan Chase: JPMorgan Chase has been actively exploring and implementing AI across various areas, including fraud detection, risk assessment, customer service, and trading. They have also developed their own AI-powered virtual assistant, COIN (Contract Intelligence), for contract analysis and review.

Bank of America: Bank of America has been leveraging AI in areas such as chatbots for customer support, personalized financial guidance, fraud detection, and cybersecurity. They have also developed the AI-powered virtual assistant Erica, which assists customers with financial tasks and provides personalized recommendations.

HSBC: HSBC has been utilizing AI technologies for tasks like fraud detection, risk assessment, and anti-money laundering efforts. They have also implemented chatbots for customer service and automated processes for tasks like customer onboarding.

DBS Bank: DBS Bank, based in Singapore, has embraced AI and automation to enhance various aspects of its operations. They have deployed chatbots, voice recognition systems, and AI-powered analytics for customer insights, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency.

Citigroup: Citigroup has been exploring AI applications across different domains, including customer service, compliance, risk management, and trading. They have been using AI algorithms for credit risk analysis, fraud detection, and investment decision-making.

It's important to note that the landscape of AI adoption in the banking industry is continually evolving, and the level of AI transformation can vary over time. Different banks may have different focuses and priorities regarding AI implementation based on their strategic goals, resources, and customer needs.
Prompt: what bank has the most ai transformation?

AI will eventually replace certain jobs at Wells Fargo.

Also, sometimes people purposely slip on the ice so they can sue the property owner's insurance.

But sometimes people purposely choke at a Mexican restaurant by shoving a whole enchilada down their throat. But Heimlich Maneuver help doesn't always get there in time, and that's how the choker passes to the other side.

With enchilada sauce all over their face, and an unpaid restaurant tab.

Google has banking. Apple uses Goldman for their banking. There are WF execs in the Google banking ranks, you can use LinkedIn to find them if you were here just as the fake account scandal hit. If you’re newer than that you probably would not know them.
