Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

WF & understanding your role

WF executive leadership is always making business decisions for the stakeholders. What the ground floor personnel never put together is the primary stakeholders is the executive board themselves (CEO, CTO, CIO,etc ) meaning they need to make money for themselves on top of their annual paychecks so that they never have to go shopping or figure out how to pump gas let alone contemplate the burden of either purchasing gas or a gallon of milk.

Thus the reason the people on the ground floor are always the first to get cut because you're a number you have no value and by now you should know that it is by their good grace that you are even allowed to work for them that's why you need to appreciate it everyday who cares if you can buy a house or have good mental health it's better for you to be in debt than them because they are better than you and executive leadership has pointed this out time and time again.

So if they decide to make a business decision to move everyone's job over to India to save money that's their prerogative the American government makes it easy for them to just pay a fine then to hold them constantly liable because they're too big to fail.

WF has a lot of long-term employees which goes to show the dedication these people have given this company but it also goes to show that if they tried to go anywhere else they would be severely under qualified because they have no understanding of other us business function/actions because the way they do it here is not ideally done everywhere else the same way.

If you believe you are valuable then move on it is always better to look at yourself in the mirror and say today is the day you decide to work to live instead of live to work... But if you decide to keep coming into work just accept the fact that you are nothing more than a number of seat filler you are replaceable because there's always someone to your left or right who's going to write a word document that will be used as a guiding post for the people in India to do your job as long as they read that script you are replaceable devaluing yes but hard Truth All The same.

There are hundreds of American companies who invest in American employees who may pay less but support the thought of work life balance on his days work for an honest days pay rewarding you for selfless actions etc and you could always look for them.

Just remember that it's more important for the CEO to stay rich off of your work so he doesn't have to worry about making a decision on whether to purchase milk or gas it is better for him to fire you and have you go homeless and deny you the healthcare and more so that he can make money because that is what is sold here he's just flat out more valuable and therefore does not need to take ownership for the mistakes him and his leadership make he can just blame you and sleep soundly at night.

This is the way it works

Dear OC member exec assistant,

We're not leaving without the severance you owe us. Also, stop making stupid decisions. Thanks,

Employees

Reading this is like throwing 1000 darts that never hit the board. Throw this back at your editor and reboot.
