Is it just me or did no one get a mid year review to see what your rating is? That sure would be helpful to know where one stands as we layoff folks one would think…… I was told to get peer reviews in by 6/2 in Legg org. but haven’t seen anything from my boss….how would anyone know where they stand in this deal without input? Isn’t that the point of a mid year review? Maybe it’s just not out yet but I think you get the point…

It’s almost like May is only the 5th month of a 12 month year!
I know when AT&T added those two extra months to the year it threw you off on what “mid-year” might mean.
This will be everyones mid-year review...
RTO immediately or you will be fired.
End of Year Review will be : Did you move? If so, you get to work for another 3 months before another surplus. If you didn't move, you will be fired 12/31/23

Mid year reviews will happen in august, our group was told (ATS).
Who needs mid year review if you are about to be terminated.
Midyear is meaningless on so many levels. It's not 6/2 yet, so most don't care. But with all this RTO distraction, most probably won't bother anyway. If you're in the right geographic location, you're maybe OK for now. Otherwise, stellar peer reviews aren't gonna make one lick of difference.
