Class Action Lawsuit

How do the managers begin a class action lawsuit? If one has been started, which law firm? We should all take the same day off and see how they do

Just an FYI - the word is arbitration. But no worries, with your skill set you may be in line for a L4 job!

Class Action lawsuits haven't been allowed since the day Arbitation Clauses were legalized as part of the hiring process. If you don't sign it, you don't get hired. Most if not all HR departments immediately made signing this a condition of employment. Obama tried to ki-l this, but the administration after him made sure it stuck for employers. Few employees have ever won an arbitration case. It's rigged for the employer.

I’ve had some consultations - and it really boils down to to discrimination - so we’ll wait for T to f-c$ up then go file!!!

Shop around with the larger law firms to see if they think there are grounds for a class action law suit. It needs to be a powerful lawfirm that has resources that could stand up to ATT Legal team.
