The Jen Robertson q/a today indicated that going back to the office will solve the complaints people had about having no training, and no ability to advance. And that because we'll be interacting with oh so many people from other teams, the survey complaints about those other people wont happen anymore cause "people are hard to hate close up" according to bernai brown.
To summarize, this is them "fixing" our survey complaints according to them.
I wonder if they really believe that.
You still don’t get it. They want you to quit. That’s the goal. The fact so many are upset is a success in their mind. Mission accomplished.
Because there are so many results from the regular employee engagement surveys?
Another left field employee that believes their thoughts matter…. Mental toughness in this company and country has seriously deteriorated. Let me guess, you played in sports that never kept score to save your feelings?
They don’t care what the surveys say, they know everyone wants WFH.
Ah, Surveys!!! That'll fix this mess.
:-D
I work in a nice hub: multiple monitors, Steelcase chair, quiet, nice "amenities", and doesn't cost the company a penny.
Seriously, the company long ago demonstrated that they're doing what they do, without regard to what employees voice in surveys. I think those are products of the HR consultants, expected as part of their deal with th company, and provide something for the big wigs to go on about in their "town halls". And that's it.
