One of those initiatives that starts out like a house a fire, then peters out? I can see this happening with Stankey's RTO policy. The Stankey regime has developed a serious reputation for not fully completing projects, yet calling them complete. Its almost like something else comes along that draws his attention to the new shiney project.

Moms with families make up a high percentage of workers now and they will definitely demand office flexibility. There are plenty of other companies that will cater to hard workers that want that flexibility. This won’t go the way he wants it to.

Have to agree. The wave 1, 2, 3 plan to go until 2026?? Come on! You know 19 other thing will happen before then, and it will chang before it’s completed. But for now at least, it’s serious.
I'm gonna defy him by complaining anonymously on a forum. I'd be totally scared sh*tless if he knew who I was and complaining.

Hasn’t been my experience. I was wfh and am a union employee. Oct 12 we were told to be in the office 5 days per week all day. All of us have towed the company line. We talked a big game about staying home but none of us did.
I've been saying this all along. Already I have heard in my org there will be additional "hubs" identified. And really give it a few months and this will be forgotten and Stanley will get a nice bonus and all will be fine
This is my suspicion. So I’m basically ignoring this. I’m in Atlanta and if there’s any chance they ask me to move to Dallas it’s in 2026. I think we all know this company can’t keep going in the same direction on anything for three years.
If I were somewhere else I might be worried though - and I feel sorry for those who are.
