MWCS (Manager Wild Cat Strike) has been officially called to start at 8:00 AM on 5/22/23. All managers should skip work Monday morning and stay home awaiting further instructions and dues amounts from your President of Manager Union Team.

Union people are in the office 5 days a week. Go for it.
If you stand up to the company, you may have a chance of getting results. If you don’t stand up, you have zero chance.

And if you believe it’s a done deal and adversely affects you, shut down now!
If you will be losing your job over this stop work, stop email, stop calls. You are already losing your job, the company has no ability to threaten you further.
Why make it easy on them?
Get a life! This new RTO policy is a "done deal".
Start smaller to gage the employees desired participation levels.
Pick a date and have everyone NOT login to TEAMS.
The employees will be able to see that other employees are serious and upper management will take the subtle threat but have no recourse because “Teams” is not a mandatory requirement.
