Why is leadership harassing their employees to complete a surgery that is supposed to be optional???
Like yeah let me drop the 100 things I need to do for a survey that causes 0 impact.

- Manager bonus/comp is NOT tied to participation %. It never has been.
- The survey is not anonymous. It's confidential. They have to know who took it to do manager, vp, SVP level roll ups/aggregates.
I'm as annoyed as anyone when it comes to the changes, but well reasoned comments on this survey DO get read and it's a good way for us as associates to send unified messages around topics like RTO.

I will not complete this year's survey, no matter how much they harass me. I don't trust this administration to tell the truth though on percentage who do participate, what a joke

Manager’s comp/bonis is tied to participation. We were told to “ne constructive and kind” and that our VP expected 100% participation. To coin an old phrase…go pound salt.

MC members have a competition to see who can get the highest participation. They equate participation to engagement. Their participation scorecard is updated regularly.

I heard Human Resources gets a pizza party if they get enough people to do the survey.
Because someone's bonus is tied to the results of the survey. They want those RSUs so they put pressure on those underneath to fill out the survey.
Someone might get a slightly smaller bonus if you don't take the survey.

Yes but it was funny in a sad way because they have made surgical cuts in the past after the survey. While this is supposed to be anonymous they can still infer in smaller groups of people
Yes if we don’t do the survey it speaks VOLUMES more to our disgust with this place!!! Let them beg for participation they never listen to our responses anyway.
The percent who respond is an indicator of engagement so a low response by itself is a type of answer.
