AT&T 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

Today we can only hope that a vote of no confidence is raised on the floor. Force the BOD to remove JTS.

Voting did not close last night you can still vote today. I just voted all of them as a no.

Knowing what you know about AT&T why do you own shares in the company? Every match I get in the 401k I immediately sell them.

I didn't see an alternative slate of directors that we could vote for on the ballot. So, the old same-ole.

Nothing is going to change. The Board of Directors are controlled by Stankey.

I Voted against the entire BOD. And denied their compensation. It’s only one vote but made my point.

Nevermind....online voting closed last night at midnight.

If a year from now there is an AT&T and if I still own fund shares, I'm going to make damn sure I know how to do this as soon as the annual meeting is announced.

We were sent notice of voting a while back. I logged in and selected to vote out all of those turds...

The BOD is worse than JTS himself. There is zero oversight from the BOD when it comes to Stankey. Business as usual, nothing done!

How do owners of AT&T Share Fund vote their shares?

We were supposed to be sent instructions. I've done this in the past mostly out of good corporate citizenship, but this year many of us have real reasons.

Will there be anyone brave enough to put that motion in front of the BOD?
