We all know that our bosses don't talk the walk anymore. I wonder why there are so many of them here whose actions contradict the things they say?

Let ChatGPT write my resume and LinkedIn profile... So over this place.
If someone..anyone...can get ChatGPT to provide an accurate response to any client inquiry about our spaghetti code and string-and-paper-clips setups, they should win the Nobel Prize. (Or be allowed two WFH days a week...) Clients aren't paying Fiserv for Ai responses...or for being guinea pigs for the learning curve of AI...
They better hope ChatGPT shows up to Forum to handle all those client complaints…
I know several clients who are only going to Forum to be able to talk to someone and get answers for their support issues….and not to hear the failed former IBM CEO.
When it comes to client satisfaction, I truly think they want to set up a call center run by ChatGPT that just handles things flawlessly for each and every inquiry. Then they can RIF the last few remaining support people across the board.
But make no mistake, ChatGPT will be required to work from a physical hub location, because "that's what our clients want!". LOFL.
They want to reduce the number of client complaints. They did not list what they are going to do to make this happen, so I think they are going to clap their hands and wish that it happens with magic.
Truly inspiring leadership.
Seems like embodiment of the word "malaise". So sad to see an institution intentionally gutted by out of touch C-suite. Glad I left, but the PTSD lingers...the realization that no one in management can tell the truth--not because they're evil--but because they don't know the plan--they aren't allowed to know the truth either. Disillusioned by the company and disappointed in the management. Whole high performing teams gutted and chased off by the pursuit of a tax play... Snagging a tax credit is NOT the same as creating value.
