A majority of union employees have been back in the office for months, so I’m assuming a majority of posts expressing disagreement with the new RTO policy are coming from management. If you are a L2-L6 manager, you need to start showing support for the new RTO policy now that the path forward has been directed. It is your responsibility as a member of the corporate management team to support and promote corporate policies.

The RTO policy is the best crafted policy ever written. Others are jelly they didn’t think of it.

Pretty sure you missed the point. A lot of people will have to relocate with no assistance to do so. Would you be ok with that if you an L2 “manager” aka basic salaried office worker that manages no one? How would your also working spouse and kids feel about that? I bet the answer is, you have to find another job. I don’t have an issue going back into an office.
You should promote something just in a case you participated on it. If not, then you are just brainless pupet. Your call.
