These posts claiming you must work in Atlanta, Dallas or one of the other 5 Hubs is completely inaccurate. Most positions at ATT are focused in local markets hundreds and hundreds of miles from any Hub. Employees who report to local office locations will continue to do so. If you work in an office in Philly, Indianapolis, Columbus or any the many many other small cities you are staying put. Please ignore the misinformation and or fabrications being spread. People being told to report to Hubs are very specific roles and groups.

Hub city really only impacts employees who have national roles…if you work market level it’s not impacting you. For every one else it’s back to the office 3 days a week as was mentioned by multiple people. My director told us that this morning..we are market based construction in the west.

It's just not fair, I'm gonna need to move to a hub location to keep my job. Everyone employed by at&t should be required to move to a hub to keep their jobs.
Why target certain groups and not others? I will be classified as a FTW. This means I only go into the office 1 day per week. Why move to a hub to collaborate 1 day a week? This is insane!
Yes, you will be forced to relocate to Alaska and be in the office 7 days a week.
I'll continue my job in sunny Florida, been remote for 20 years. No where near an office, loving the sunshine. If it changes, bye bye I'll sail off into the retirement sunset.
There are no Hubs near Boston, Hartford, NYC, Philly, Baltimore etc so these people claiming all those employees who see market based and have functionality that requires them be market based will be force relocate are just misunderstanding or lying to incite. It’s only specific groups and job functions that are being required to Hub. Local Market personnel who have no Access to hub locations are not being forced relocated. Just stop with the bs your going to get proven wrong in a another day or two when the actual details hit all the markets.
People are absolutely being told they need to relocate to Dallas, but it's not immediate. A multi-year plan.

Not all but some. Depends on your job role. If you are local and support local teams then of course not. If you have a national responsibility then yes.
