Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

I have to wonder.

How is Stankey keeping the lights on?

Enron is going to turning itself around like AT&T is doing. Go AT&T.

Simple, LED lighting upgrades. Much more energy efficient.

This is funny. The same consultants that sold AT&T LED lamps are the same ones that sold AT&T motion detection sensors. I spend more time waving my hands around to turn on lights at $44.75 an hour than I would if I could physically (as an adult) use a switch to turn on and off the Fhucking lights that I need to see to do my job. Once at the equipment and sitting on the floor connecting fibers, LIGHTS OUT yet again.
I don't care anymore. If someone wants to pull quality on me, go forth in the fhucking dark, bring a flashlight or something.

I have to wonder- who worries about this stuff. For all of us, the question is will we continue to be afforded the opportunity to work here moving forward.
I don’t care to change anything because I can’t change T. AVPs and above can.
I won’t decide who gets surplused, so no worries there.
Pay, benefits and perks are decided way above me.

So live your life, be happy and enjoy this glorious Saturday.

The Company has 135 BILLIONS dollars of debt. You have your head in the sand. Enron crumbled under the weight of 38 Billion dollars of debt.

Oh no, I wet my pants when I hear the word debt.

You should be more concerned. 135 Billion is not a small number. Very few companies have escaped bankruptcy with this amount of bed wetting debt.

Seriously, why are Stankey and Randall still employed here?

The only reason I can think of is because it is intentional and they're being paid off by Blackrock & the other Globalist Elites to help wreck America.

would like to nominate Stankey for CEO of the decade. He has done an outstanding job of leading at&t to prosperity. Just ask yourself, am I better off now than I was 10 years ago?

I know this a joke, but will entertain this. Ten years ago I thought if I did my job and cared, I might be able to retire with the pay and benefits I was hired on with. I now realise Randell and Stankey didn't know what they where doing and my pay and benefits are their piggy bank to make multiple bad business decisions with. If for one second you don't think Stankey is not eyeballing our pension fund you are a fool.

Except the fact that I've paid off some bills and my mortgage close to being paid off. No, I am not better off than I was 10 years ago thanks to Randell and Stankey.

  • " Our share price is $17.03 "
  • dividend has been cut
  • hired randall back to save the ship and it is still sinking
  • 135 billion in debt

net loss of around 100k employees and still can't cut our way to profitability
bought time warner and direct TV at record high prices, then gave it back
bought a small cyber security start up, ruined it, then sold it

  • sold off real estate left and right, still has cash flow problems
  • sold the farm to india, hired countless 3rd world engineers for pennies on the dollar and still can't any software to work right

sold the pension to an insurance company
he's done a great job here. Must be everyone else's fault working here we can't execute.

Our share price is $17.03, O U C H! Our wonderful company is circling the drain! Just gotta love it. And there are still a few employees that think at&t will somehow survive! Wow, just wow!

I resent the fact that Stankey has created $135B of debt. He has destroyed a once iconic company. The worst part is that he refuses to accept responsibility for his actions. He would rather put the blame on at&t rank and file for not executing on his acquisition plan.
