Is everyone back to the office five days a week? If not, more layoffs are needed.

Someone’s jealous. We’re more productive at home, honestly. And we’re making AT&T a lot of money.
though flex shows 1 to 3 days and not mandatory of 2... but whatever. I go to work and leave. It is what it is. 🤷, today I sat near a window and a lady sat right in front of me out of all open cubicles, started talking calls nonstop. I could not focus, i then left and find another desk
Nope. Not in a “hub”. Have been working from home for 10+ years and work my a-s off. Sorry to those who can’t handle it because they are sh---y employees.
I go seven days a week. I’m a real go getter.
Once a month
The problem with "back to the office" is that AT&T is sitting on an office that they can't unload 50¢ on the dollar. At least, some of the stuff is leased.
I can see them using the office if they're stuck with it, and that's the problem, they're stuck with it.

Waaaa! I don't have it so yours's no good!!!!! Right?
Go cry somewhere else. Your complaint is very tiresome. Pi----g on some else's candle does not make your candle shine brighter.
WFH with herman miller embody is the best
OP is filled with sour grapes.
I haven't been in the office yet this month. Just met with my customers a few days ago and I am closing deals left and right.
Go ahead and let me go! Customer relationships are king. It isn't what you know. It is who you know.
Everyone flex worker I come across has the same view. More productive at home..no commute time, effectively start working earlier and stay later, no office distractions and prolonged chit chat. I was in office today and had to listen to constant non business related chatter etc. No reason to be in office more than twice per week especially when the rest of my team is 3 hours west of my designated office location.
Yep still enjoying my FTW status. 1-3 times per month is all I’m required. I go in at least once a month or when required. I get way more work done wfh. That’s just a fact. The office is full of distractions, equipment that doesn’t work as it should and is just overall less productive. Add in I start later due to the commute and leave exactly at 5 to get home. Plus have to take 30min or more to go get something for lunch as I can’t eat at my desk vs home I eat at my desk, food is steps always. Really the company gets way more with me WFH.
Nopity nope!
I’m hitting 100% office attendance on the weekly report. That’s what matters
This must mean all offices will be empty on Friday. Is there any Management at AT&T anymore? Or, are they all WAH too?
We are twice a week and even you go there its bone dry.. space not maintained, no cleaners. Absolute 🗑️
we hit the ATT lottery, never going back
OP is a Dylan Mulvaney clone.
Office? I have one of those at home.
Bull cr-p, telecommuters are the only productive employees in the company.
