The answer I get from management when I ask similar questions is:
“Wells Fargo values system stability over fancy bells and whistles.”
100% the truth.
We have been asking for simple technology enhancements in our department for 20 years now. They just keep adding them to some in- perpetuity list that is being prioritized by someone who is probably no longer alive. Wells Fargo should have to make public what we have to do manually on the backend to make it look like the systems function properly on the front end.
The truth is that there is no enhancing our backend because each basic change affects hundred of other processes which then have to be amended in some way. It is a giant snowball of a disaster rolling down hill. The best our executives can hope for is that it doesn’t turn into an avalanche on their watch.
wtf is tf? ;)
What version of Office are we all using? 2016 here. I mean, seriously.
64 yrs old, way old enough to hang, don't a clue what it is. just answer question, maybe that is why WF is in the state they are in
@yea seriously, add the title "why" to the acronym, geneyuss.
@yea if you have to ask you're not old enough to be hanging out here.
What is Tf?
OMG, the snobbery here.
@xaa, careful there, cowboy! Word processors? C’mon! What’s wrong with a typewriter, fancy person?
Wells Fargo thinks because everybody loves everything retro that they’re ahead of the game in the workplace. I hear that we’re getting old school word processors back and that we’ll be allowed to smoke at our desks next quarter.
Welcome to the Wells Fargo plantations- we welcome you. Grab a headset and get to writing those emails 💕💕💕
I've learned that if you keep on not demanding basic necessities to do your job then this place will continue to not provide them to you.
