I just received notice that several large companies, all linked to McKinsey Consulting that all followed the same directions to layoff folks and outsource them over seas to save money, are now involved in a federal investigation. As the investigation continues I am sure many other companies will be identified as well for replacing US workers with lower cost overseas employees when there were/are willing and able US based employees to do the jobs. Over 3 million US jobs have been outsourced overseas across these companies.
