We now have some Offshore Temp employees being trained and working in PHCO correspondence. That didn’t take long and more to come I am sure!

The new org … Cognitene
Firsthand experience this week watching them work - they are bringing in overseas resources that have almost ZERO experience. It is so frustrating and sad. What have we come to at this company? This is unsustainable. Especially after more talent leaves the organization. We might as well just flush the Centene core ‘Behaviors’ list we see on our wallpaper every morning - NONE of it applies anymore. The culture is gone.
@a6 Agree. It is really a shame the tacts and strategies these corporations have lowered themselves to.
Hope the C-Suite Executives of all of these large corporations get what they really deserve.
