Does anyone know what the he-l happened to the IPF calculation? What the heck did Cisco change specifically? I have a split of people getting decent IPFs, but quite a few people getting absolutely sc--wed too.

High CPF = Low IPF

@ay what else do managers do? not like they do any work. so you asked around and collected a bunch of IPFs and are upset that some are decent and some are low? have you considered that maybe not all of these people performed well?

what do you mean you "have" people? do you manage them? do you not calc their IPF?
