Any other supervisors notice huge changes in the advancement guides this year? The one I saw added around five years for E/O to get from CL26 to CL27

CL27 was where over 80% of folks ended thier careers in the heritage Chemicals organization. Seems they are just going back to that now. Probably su-ks for those in other organizations where achieving 28-29 was the norm for a career.
I couldn’t see beyond CL27. All of those promotions were kicked up to my manager and said they were up to planner discretion. But it did show a typical YEE for it so the advancement guide must still exist.
