Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Score is way off !!

They have known there's been an issue with score since last. Year , they're only addressing it now because of missing orders I would bet people are missing anywhere from 5 to 10 + orders for Q2 and smart price revenue versus what score shows does not match up. Does anybody have a way to find your missing orders or the pricing issues?

@bs Just one of the MANY reasons Dell runs by spreadsheets.Since they are incapable of creating any applications that work or do anything that is why you have thousands of individuals using spreadsheets to make every decision in this company.

Yes, just look up the order history for each of your accounts one by one, don’t worry how you have over 300 accounts now, and don’t worry that many deals go through partners so it will be tricky to find those orders… it’s really very simple to keep track of your own progress! Just the way they like it.

@OP Do you have access to CSA and DSA? Also, although Score has been unavailable and unreliable for quarters now - do you have access to export a detailed excel ss through Score?

It’s a shame thousands of employees have to do this - but this company has fostered distrust. If you have an hour or two each month - compare CSA End user revenue report to Score detailed export. Or, if you believe a specific order is missing, find the order number in DSA, and confirm if that order number is in your score export.
