There WAS an action item: meet with your team in October to practice the new NM Behaviors, like "Act Like an Owner," and holding each other accountable. Um, isn't that already an NM Behavior? Somehow that exercise and our new ways of communicating an are directly tied to having a more realistic & manageable workload and fewer #1 priorities.

What a waste of time. No action items, no actual changes, no reason to believe this isn’t just another attempt to rally around a new buzzword.
