Do not ignore the opportunity to tell it like you see it. So many are beyond disappointed and talk about it offline, well now write it out. Someone suggested not participating. That doesn’t move the metrics at all. Participate and tell it like you are when you think leadership isn’t listening. Don’t be a coward!!!!

Incorrect. Taking the survey directly ties into leadership bonuses. By taking the survey (your feedback being ignored anyway) you are putting money in these weasels pockets. Why do you think they pressure us so much to take them? Pretty sure OP is someone who would be negatively impacted financially. The coward is the person putting money in "leaders" pockets. The only way we can hurt them is by impacting their pay and by having the pressure turned back towards them for lack of participation.
