Fiserv takes 254k sf of space in Related Ross’ new Boca Raton campus

Fiserv has agreed to take about 254,000 square feet at the Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC), with the deal reported this morning, September 24. The company is moving its South Florida offices there from its existing Coral Springs facilities

So relocating and actually leasing a larger footprint. Well I guess that means Fiserv is maintaining a long term South Florida operating presence rather than simply liquidate that location.

@b7 there's shuttle buses to get around campus that even goes to Tri Rail. Better than driving in if you're near that train line.

At least the BRIC campus is nice and has great amenities. It makes the Coral campus look like cr-p.

I work at Coral. They never said they were leaving South Florida. Rather drive to Bric than Fort Lauderdale or Miami.

It's still a 10 mile commute but at least it's near Tri Rail.
