Something has shifted at Humana and I wish I knew why. Managers seem much more aggressive now, and I've consistently noticed people get yelled at and pushed into competing with each other. It's hard to reconcile this with the place I remember joining seven years ago. The last several years and months especially have been a completely different experience.
